THE HOST

IMG_3189.jpeg

I am a student, researcher, writer, and podcaster passionate about creating impact where science, equity, and storytelling intersect.

As the host of Her Path to Success, I highlight women breaking barriers in STEM and policy—sharing stories that challenge norms and inspire the next generation. My research in cancer biology, neurodegeneration, and health equity reflects my belief that science should serve people, not just papers. Alongside this, I’ve found a unique way to encourage confidence and individuality through storytelling—authoring a children’s book that helps young readers embrace their own voices and strengths.

I’m a year-round competitive swimmer, and swimming has been more than just a sport, it’s taught me powerful lessons about inclusion and resilience. Coaching Special Olympics athletes and advising the Junior Advisory Board of Swim Across America have shown me firsthand how embracing diverse strengths can transform lives. Beyond the pool, I work to bridge the digital divide for seniors and lead summer literacy campaigns in underserved African communities. Whether through my podcast, writing, coaching, sports, or community efforts, I’m driven to inspire courage and confidence, helping others discover and follow their own path to success.

At its core, this is about making sure every voice matters, opening doors where they’ve been closed, and believing that change begins when someone is brave enough to break through.
